The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 17 Contracting Office intends to release a commercial solicitation for Burlodge retrieval carts with an authorized distributor supply and delivery of products identified in the Statement of Requirements (SOR).

This is a Brand Name or Equal Requirement for South Texas Health Care System Nutrition and Food Service at the following locations: Audie L. Murphy Memorial Veterans Hospital, 7400 Merton Minter St., San Antonio, TX 78229, and Kerrville VA Medical Center 3600 Memorial Blvd., Kerrville, TX 78028. The NAICS code is 333241 with a size standard of 500 Employees. The solicitation number is 36C25724Q0417.

All other contract details including full specifications will be included in the Request for Quotes, which will be released on or about March 8, 2024. Technical questions shall be accepted by the Government in writing via email only no later than 12:00 Central Standard Time (CST), Tuesday, March 12th, 2024. This RFQ is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. Offerors must be registered in SBA certification database at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov.
