This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 36C25724Q00347 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-01. The items being requested are for urinalysis CPRR testing for the VA Texas Valley Coastal Bend Health Care System, 2601 Veterans Dr., Harlingen, TX 78550. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The evaluation criteria are technical acceptability and price. Under technical includes the ability to provide all of the requested items in accordance with the Statement of Work, provide a letter of authorization to distribute and provide maintenance services (if not the manufacturer). Offerors are to provide a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer.
