Amendment - RESPONSES TO VENDOR QUESTIONS AND EXTEND SOLICITATION RESPONSE DATE Are the required winch, steel bumper, skid plate, and gas-assist dump box required to be Polaris factory/accessory items, or are equivalent dealer-installed accessories acceptable? No, they are not required to be Polaris factory accessories items. They can be dealer installed. Please confirm the required scope of training/commissioning at delivery. Training on vehicle operation can be done at dealership or at delivery.
This training can be done for all staff who will operate vehicles or given to the Grounds Supervisor, and he can train his staff. Are there any vehicle size, time-of-day, escort, or other restrictions for delivery to Building N, Grounds Shop, Room 1121A? No vehicle size restrictions. Time of day can be normal VA working hours. 7:00am- 3:00pm and no escort is needed. Is a specific exterior color required, or is any available factory color acceptable?
Factory colors of green or grey are preferred; however, if unavialable, any available factory color is acceptable. Please confirm whether delivery. Setup, accessory installation, operational testing, training/familiarization, and warranty documentation are required to be included in the quoted price. Yes, they should be included in price. The response date has been extended. The revised response deadline is September 14, 2026 at 10:00 AM CT. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
Amendment - Vehicle Model Clarification The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the required model. The required model is 2026 POLARIS RANGER CREW XP 1000 PREMIUM. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. The solicitation response date remains September 10,2026, at 3:00 PM CT.
This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in Subpart 12. Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with Far Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. The solicitation number is 36C25626Q1230_1 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The proposed contract action is for two (2) Polaris Ranger 1000 Premium Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs), or equal, and associated accessories, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and solicitation requirements. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Quoters must meet the applicable SDVOSB eligibility requirements at the time required by the solicitation.
Applicable NAICS: 336999 This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2023-01). Only emailed requests received directly from the requester will be accepted. Fully licensed company shall provide for the New Orleans VA Medical Center, 2400 Canal St. New Orleans, LA, at the delivery location specified in the solicitation. RESPONSES ARE DUE Thursday, September 10, 2026, by 3:00 p.m. CD.
