This notice shall NOT be construed as solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Responses to this notice is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System is seeking preferably Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), or Small Businesses (but will accept other than small business for market research purposes), capable of providing mold abatement services for the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System, Building 58, Little Rock, AR.

It is noted that Limitations on Subcontracting requirements will apply to a future solicitation and contract for this requirement. Contractors who are contemplating their interest and/or participation in this procurement should familiarize themselves with these requirements as adherence will be required. See DRAFT Scope of Work for detailed description of services. The NAICS code is 562910 Remediation Services and the Size Standard is $25.0M.
