No proposals or quotes are being requested or accepted with this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS or QUOTES and NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. This notice shall NOT be construed as solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Responses to this notice is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System is seeking preferably Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), or Small Businesses (but will accept other than small business for market research purposes), capable of providing computerized medical carts for the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System, Nursing, Little Rock, AR.

See DRAFT Statement of Work for detailed description of supplies. The NAICS code is 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing and the Size Standard is 800 employees. Responses must be received by no later than 12:00 p.m. Central Time, Friday, May 1, 2026. Responses shall be emailed to rene.impey@va.gov. Facsimile or Telephonic responses will not be accepted. Does your company have the product available under any Government Wide Agency Contract (GWAC), General Service Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), and/or Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract?
