This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services- FAR Overhaul. It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Contractor to furnish all skilled labor, parts, tools, equipment, materials, trained personnel, supervision, and travel/transportation providing qualified source testing individual(s) to develop specific air test protocol and conduct air emission stack testing for three (3) Natural Gas generators located at the Alexandria VA Medical Center, 2495 Shreveport Hwy, Pineville, LA 71360. The government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price resulting from this solicitation.
