This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 (effective 01/17/2025). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532490, with a small business size standard of $40M. Contractor is required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Small Business Administration (SBA). SDVOSB & VOSB contractors are also required to be active in and shall be verified in VetCert. Quotes may be considered non-compliant and rejected if the Contracting Officer is unable to verify active registration status. The John L. McClellan VA Medical Center is seeking a contractor to lease three (3) StatLab PiSmart Six Hopper Laser Cassette Printer Kits and six (6) Twin Hopper Thermal Slide Printers for a period of performance of one (1) year with four (4) twelve month options.
