This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

2. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Deviations FEB 2025 CAAC Letters 2025-01/02(eff.02/18/2025) and Acquisition Policy Flash 25-05. 3. This requirement is solicited as Unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System number is 541519 with a size standard in number of $34 Million.

4. Place of Performance: VISN 16 Nexodose virtual server installed at the Michael E. DeBakey VAMC located in Houston, TX.
