Zeiss Lumera 700 Microscope

The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center is procuring a new Zeiss Ophthalmic Lumera 700 Microscope, an operating system ideally suited for every ophthalmic surgery specialty on floor stand (or ceiling mount option at a surg charge). The digital optics allow for reduced light intensity, while providing outstanding dept of field and higher resolution of images with natural color and provides the technology to see as never before a more definitive certainty during eye surgery for the best outcome for the patient. .

The Lumera 700 Microscope System is designed to improve surgical control during eye surgery and provide the best positive outcome for the patient with very little down time after surgery. The Contractor shall provide all necessary tools, interfaces, equipment/hardware, software, licenses, delivery, installation, warranty, and training.
