This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, is soliciting offers for Data Innovations Instrument Manager Software Upgrade. The Contractor shall install the newest version of Instrument Manager base software with High Availability licensing for the primary and redundancy system(s) to operate in parallel in the event of a primary system failure in accordance with the details outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Work shall be performed at the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center (OBVAMC), 510 E. Stoner Ave, Shreveport, LA 71101. Offeror shall submit technical questions to the Government in writing via email only and No Later Than Friday 2:30 P.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT), 11/22/2024.
