VA is seeking to lease a maximum 5,469 rentable square feet (RSF) of existing clinical space in Mobile, Alabama. The space needs to be contiguous. Operations will be for outpatient readjustment counseling needs for Veterans. The property shall include 30 on-site parking spaces.

Mobile Street South:

Government Street West: Hillcrest Road Offerors must provide evidence that properties are outside the 100-year flood plain.

Term: 20 years; 5 years firm, as a full-service lease.
