The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, Central Texas Health Care System (CTVHCS) equipment located Alexandria VA Health Care System (ALXVHCS) 2495 Shreveport Highway, 71 North, Pineville, LA 71360, intends to issue a sole source contract to YKMH Consulting, LLC located at 3701 Hessmer Ave, Metairie, Louisiana, 70002 for continuation of Electrical Engineering Consulting.

The Electrical Engineering Consultant, acting as the Government s neutral party, shall provide consulting services to ensure that all manufacturer corrections to the operation of the existing Caterpillar and ASCO Switchgear are fully coordinated and fully integrated such that the two independent lineups of switchgear operate together as a system and that both lineups of switchgear operate properly to accomplish the desired sequences of operation as described below and as recommended by the Electrical Engineering Consultant.

Electrical Engineering Consultant shall witness the testing and commissioning of the ASCO and Caterpillar switchgear operation as a system, shall provide an independent analysis of the effectiveness of the system, and shall provide recommendations to correct any operational anomalies with the system. All work shall be performed at the Alexandria VA Health Care System (ALXVHCS) 2495 Shreveport Highway, 71 North, Pineville, LA 71360.
