Outdoor Brick Paver Labyrinths Kits

36C25624Q1206 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5 for Certain Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Quotes shall be valid 30 calendar days after the close of the solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03 (effective 02/23/2024). This competitive solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 327331 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Contractor is required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Small Business Administration (SBA). SDVOSB and VOSB concerns shall be actively registered and verified in the SBA VetCert website. Quotes may be considered non-compliant and rejected if the Contracting Officer is unable to verify active registration status.

The Eugene J. Towbin Healthcare Center in North Little Rock, AR is seeking a contractor to furnish two (2) Outdoor Brick Paver Labyrinth kits with the following characteristics/specifications: Circular Walking paths 20 feet in diameter Fully ADA handicap rated Charcoal field buff lines color Size: 23 x 11.75 Capacity for 6 walkers Kits must be labyrinth Freight Included Contractor shall provide the following with quote:

a. Detailed description of items proposed.

b. Descriptive Literature: Quoter shall submit copies of descriptive literature (with pictures) describing their proposed outdoor brick pavers kits with enough detail to ascertain whether the outdoor brick paver kits meet the criteria listed above.

c. SAM UID Number.

d. Authorized reseller/distributor letter if not the manufacturer of the quoted items.

e. Pages 15-16: Complete and sign VAAR Clause 852.219-76 VA NOTICE OF LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE FOR SUPPLIES AND PRODUCTS f. Provide estimated delivery date.

Rejection of Quote: Failure to demonstrate compliance will be cause to reject the quote without further discussions.
