Amendment 0007 (02/28/2024): The purpose of amendment 0007 36C25623R0080 is to provide a copy of the site visit attendance sheet to all Offerors. Amendment 0006 (02/23/2024): The purpose of amendment 0006 36C25623R0080 is to provide Government responses to amendment 0004 RFIs and provide site visit date and time to all Offerors. Amendment 0005 (02/20/2024): The purpose of amendment 0005 36C25623R0080 is to provide RFI due date to all Offerors. The amended document can be located under the attachments section titled: 36C25623R0080 0005. No other changes are made via this amendment.

Amendment 0004 (02/09/2024): The purpose of amendment 0004 36C25623R0080 is to respond to protested RFIs and extend proposal closing date. The amended documents can be located under the attachments section titled: 36C25623R0080 0004; Attachment A_A0004_VA 598-21-106 Protest RFI RESPONSES 02.08.24; and Attachment B_A0004_ASBESTOS INSPECTION.JLM-Template. No other changes are made via this amendment.

12 September 2023 - Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to to amend previous closing date to inform all of potential corrective measures associated with submitted protest. Offerors with submitted proposal will have an opportunity to resubmit. Contractors are to address their bonding accordingly. Further guidance and a new closing date will follow in a forthcoming amendment. See 36C25623R0080 Amendment 0003 attached to this update.

31 August 2023 - Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide additional clarification regarding recently submitted RFI responses. See 36C25623R0080 Amendment 0002 attached to this update.

24 August 2023 - Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following changes to this solicitation:

1. Update the period of performance to 300 Calendar Days.

2. Extend the proposal due date to 09-06-2023 at 1:00 PM CST.

3. Incorporate the RFI responses as "Attachment F - RFI Responses 598-21-106 Rplc 47 48 48b n 22 AHUs Final".

4. Incorporate the site visit attendance sheet as "Attachment G - 598-21-106 site visit attendance".

5. Incorporate the asbestos inspection as "Attachment H - 598-21-106 Asbestos Inspection JLM". See 36C25623R0080 Amendment 0001 and its attachments attached to this update.

598-21-106 Replace AHUs 47, 48, 48B, and 22 at JLM Work includes construction labor and supervision for demolition, plumbing, heating, and interior finishes work, and certain other items as required by provided construction documents. All construction work must be performed without affecting medical center’s operations. Work will be performed at the John L. McClellan Veterans Medical Center, Little Rock, AR. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) under Public Law (PL) 109-461.
