The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 15, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, is seeking information and potential qualified sources capable of providing a Body Plethysmograph to outfit the Harry S Truman VA Medical Center s Multi-Specialty CBOC in Rolla, MO. . Please review the attached Statement of Work.

This is a brand name or equal requirement. Feedback or suggestions are welcome. . For market research purposes, all responses to this notice will be reviewed, regardless of business size or socioeconomic category. Review of responses to this notice will support later refinement/determination of set-aside requirements, if a solicitation becomes available. . (5) State whether the potential source is authorized distributor of the manufacturer s product(s). Additional information may be requested by the Contracting Officer at a later time. . The Government is not obligated to, nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this source sought notice. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach.

The Government shall in no way be bound to this information if a solicitation is issued. The VA is mandated by Public Law 109-461 to consider a total set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside, if applicable. However, if response by Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business firms proves inadequate, an alternate set-aside or FULL and OPEN competition will be considered.
