The Robert J. Dole VA Health Care System is seeking Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) Sources capable of meeting the requirement listed below. The acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. Note: To qualify SDVOSB and/or VOSB, vendors must be certified in the VA Vendor Information pages (VIP) Database. The vendor must be registered as a small business under NAICS Code 621511 to be considered for award.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 621511. Any SDVOSB or VOSB firms who wish to identify their interests and capability to provide this product must provide product specifications, performance and delivery information by notifying the Contracting Officer no later than 17:00 Central Time, December 13, 2024. PART A- SCOPE OF WORK Conducting market research to see if services can be acquired through SDVOSB or VOSB. The services required is to provide pathology services by CPT code. There is a requirement for frozen specimens as well. The hospital is looking for the services to be provided close to the facility especially for the frozen specimens. The services requested are for the Wichita, KS VAMC. It is estimated that there will be a possibility of up to 70 hours of on-site services at an hourly rate, in addition to CPT code processing.

Performance Period: The period of performance for this contract is one base year, and four option years.

Type of Contract: This is a firm fixed-price contract. Mandatory Testing Capabilities are included in the attachment.
