DISREGARD PREVIOUS VERSION OF THIS NOTIFICATION Revised Notification The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 has a requirement to provide all the necessary supplies and reagents for sequencing COVID-19 and precision oncology using the Genexus NGS and purification system for the St. Louis VA Medical Center. The facility is located at 1 Jefferson Barracks Dr. St. Louis, MO 63125-4199.

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 8.405-6; Limited Source Justification Approval and no other vendor will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted.

However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification by email to the Contracting Specialist by 3:00 PM (CST) March 15, 2024. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, NCO 15 will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Life Technologies. All work to be closely coordinated with the VA Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer s Representative (COR).
