Updated 1/09/2024: The purpose of this amendment is to upload questions and answers, as well as to provide a map. Original listing: Moving Services for the Robert J. Dole Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) in Wichita, KS. This is a solicitation conducted using FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). Solicitation number 36C25524Q0042 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This procurement is a total Small Business set-aside.

Prospective offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (https://www.sam.gov) at time of offer to the Government. Quotes will only be accepted from responsible contractors. The NAICS code for the solicitation is 484210 with a size standard of $34 Million. A list of the contract line items, quantities, and units of measure are listed within the attached solicitation documentation.

The VA anticipates one Firm Fixed Price award to provide these services to the Robert J Dole VAMC, 5500 E Kellogg Ave, Wichita, KS. The base period of performance is estimated to be 02/01/2024 to 1/31/2025 with four option years. Technical questions on this solicitation are due via e-mail only to Matthew Curl, Contract Specialist, at matthew.cur@va.gov and Robert Bleichner, at robert.bleichner@va.gov no later than 12:00pm Central time on 1/03/2024.

Quotes are due to the Contracting Office by 10:00am Central time on 1/17/2024. Quotes are required to be emailed to matthew.curl@va.gov and robert.bleichner@va.gov prior to the solicitation closing date and time. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure their quote is received in its entirety by the Contract Specialist before the solicitation closing.
