THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT to gain knowledge and determine the availability and interest of vendors for NAICS 221310 Water Supply and Irrigation Systems. The Department of Veteran Affairs VISN 15 is conducting market research to determine potential sources having the skills, capabilities, experience, and bonding capacity to perform the described work. No award will be made from this Sources Sought.
No solicitation, specifications, or drawings are available; therefore, do not request a copy of a solicitation. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for an anticipated future acquisition.
The Contractor shall provide services at the following locations: Department of Veterans Affairs, Dwight D. Eisenhower, 4101 S. 4th Street, Leavenworth, KS 66048 Department of Veterans Affairs, Colmery O Neil, 2200 SW Gage Blvd, Topeka, KS 66622 Contractor will provide, install, monitor, maintain and repair/replace, if necessary, a critical water system capable of producing water that meets all AAMI ST108 standards for critical and utility water utilized in Sterilize Processing Service.
The Capabilities Statement for this sources-sought is not expected to be a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bid, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach, but rather short statements regarding the company's ability to demonstrate existing-or-developed expertise and experience in relation to the areas specified herein.
Submission of a Capabilities statement is not a prerequisite to any potential future offerings, but participation will assist the Department of Veteran Affairs in tailoring requirements to be consistent with industry capabilities. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is neither to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation.
After completing its analysis, the Government will determine whether to limit competition among any specific socio-economic category. All interested contractors should notify this office via email by 09:00 AM Central Standard time NLT 13 September 2024. Responses must include the sources sought number and title in the subject line of their email response.
