Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.5 is 41 U.S.C. § 1901 and is implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) for restricting competition on this procurement to Red River Pharmacy located at 910 Professional Acres Drive Jonesboro, AR 72401 under an Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

The John J. Pershing VA Medical Center has a requirement for radiopharmaceuticals for the Radiology department. This is a Base +4 Option Year contract. Contractor agrees to provide all needed radiopharmaceuticals as identified in the Bid/Price Schedule to the John J. Pershing VA Medical Center on a daily basis and/or as needed basis per the statement of work.
