Boiler and Feed Tank Sources Sought

SOURCES SOUGHT for Boiler and Feed Tank: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking business sources qualified to provide some, or all, of the items described in the Attachment. This is NOT a solicitation.

INTERESTED SOURCES SHALL RESPOND BY: Please submit response no later than 3:30 p.m. CT on 10/1/2026. All responses and questions must be emailed to Contract Specialist, Misty Gates at Misty.Gates1@va.gov and Contracting Officer, Stacy Hoover, at Stacy.Hoover2@va.gov must include in the subject line: Sources Sought Boiler and Feed Tank Requirement. NO PHONE INQUIRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. POTENTIAL SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THEIR RESPONSE:

1. Company name, address, phone number, primary contact(s), and e-mail address.

2. State if your firm can provide a boiler and feeder meeting the VA s requirements (see requirements in the Attachment).

3. SAM UEI number.

4. NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) code 332410 Power Boiler and Heat Exchanger Manufacturing.

5. State if your firm is a large business, small business, service-disabled-veteran-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, HUB zone 8(a), women-owned small business or a small disadvantaged business.

6. Provide the country of origin for the equipment.
