Replace Exterior LED Bulbs at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago, IL

This amendment is being issued to add a site plan picture (Attachment 1), the layout of the building elevation (Attachment 2), and related signage images (Attachment 3), to address vendor questions regarding the number of lights needing replacement, their accessibility, and whether a specific part number or type of light is required. Currently, the Government does not have the detailed specifications necessary to answer these questions.

The attachments are being provided to assist offerors in evaluating existing site conditions and determining the appropriate equipment, bulb type, wattage, and accessibility considerations needed to prepare accurate quotations. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) has been updated, changes highlighted in yellow, and Section 3 has been replaced to reflect revised performance requirements (Attachment 4). The site attachments are hereby incorporated into the solicitation as supplemental reference material.

Offerors should review these images carefully and consider the documented site conditions when developing their technical and price proposals. The solicitation response date has been extended to August 3, 2026, 4:00 PM Local Time. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
