The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified: Small Businesses to provide Humidifier Heater base, Humidifier Sensor Cartridge, and Humidifier Expiratory Heater to the , Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center in North Chicago, IL.
General Requirements: Brand Name or Equal The below products are known to meet the governments needs all equal parts will be considered. 950 Humidifier Heater base, 950 Humidifier Sensor Cartridge, and 950 Humidifier Expiratory Heater Wire Adapter or Equal Salient Characteristics:
Therapy Profiles: Must support Invasive ventilation Must support Noninvasive ventilation Must support Nasal High Flow therapy.
Temperature Probes: Must have no external temperature probes Must incorporate internal temperature probes that do not require special disinfection processing Circuit Compatibility: Must be compatible with single heated circuits for non-invasive ventilation. Must be compatible with double heated circuits for invasive ventilation.
User Interface: Must have a simple user interface Must include touch screen monitors to create setting modifications Must allow mode changes Must allow comfort setting adjustments Must display and troubleshoot alarms Must provide access to Information and Service menus Alarms: Must have built-in alarms for various conditions including but not limited to:
1. High Temperature alarms 2. Low Temperature alarms 3. Water Out alarms 4. Circuit Disconnect alarms 5. Reverse Gas Flow alarms 6. System check alarms Compatibility: Must be compatible with all ventilation and gas flow delivery devices that is currently used at FHCC, Specifically, it must be compatible with Medtronic 980 ventilators Specifically, it must be compatible with Philips V60 BiPAP devices Specifically, it must be compatible with Nihon Kohden 330, 440, and 550 ventilator systems All interested firms who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, INCLUDING ALL THE FOLLOWING:

Indication of which business category (SDVOSB, VOSB, Small Business or Other Than Small Business) for which the organization qualifies. A capability statement that addresses the organizations qualifications and ability to provide the requirement depicted above.
Documentation from manufacturer (i.e. correspondence from manufacturer) of your firm being an authorized distributor for the manufacturer.
