Bidders are reminded to submit the completed VAAR 852.219-75 VA Notice of Limitations on subcontracting-Certificate of compliance for services and construction (NOV 2022) (Solicitation attachment 1) as part of their bid package. If this document is not completed and included with the bid package, the contractor will not be eligible for award.

BIDS DUE: Vendor bids are due via email as shown above at 10:00 AM local time on 9/12/2025.
