Please note that this is not a request for proposal nor a request for quote as there is no solicitation document available. Therefore, this is a notice of intent issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs to negotiate a limited source contract with A-Dec, Inc. for Dental Delivery System, and Installation.

This procurement is intended to be used in the Dental Clinic Department at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI 53295. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) does not have an authorized distributor that can also install this particular product. Furthermore, Clement J. Zablocki VA is replacing the current Dental Delivery System due to End of Life. The proposed action is IAW FAR 13.106-1(b) Single Source Awards.

Information received in response to this special notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to not compete the proposed acquisition is wholly within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for paying on any costs incurred and/or associated with the development of any responses submitted to this notice.

The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 339114 - Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing.
