WAGD Inlet Installation

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to award a sole source contract to Midwest Medical Gas Service LLC for a WAGD inlet installation for the VA Illiana Health Care System located in Danville, IL. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Veterans First Procurement IAW 38 USC 8127(b) Public Law 109-461 Section 502 and VAAR 819.7009. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted.

Any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by 10:00 AM Local Time (Central) August 16, 2024. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information must be sent to the Contracting Officer, Robert Ruska, Robert.Ruska@va.gov.

Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the GLAC will proceed with the sole source award to Midwest Medical Gas Service LLC.
