(1) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB);

(2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); or (3) Small or emerging small business firms, or (4) Other Than Small business firms, to provide Brand Name or Equal Paint Mixer and Shaker at FHCC, North Chicago, IL 60064. General Requirements:

SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS PAINT MIXER: Machine to be compatible with Pittsburg Paint color line pigments/paints. Color matching technology with automated paint tinting capabilities. Internal automatic record keeping for all batches of paints created. Record keeping to include free text spaces for additional batch notations. The batch sizes should be quart, 1-gallon, and 5-gallon paint buckets. Seal cans and or lids.

Compatible with zero/low-voc colorants Ability to use universal, waterborne, and organic colorants Footprint 35"W x 24"D x 48"H SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS PAINT SHAKER: Paint shaker batch sizes from 1/2 pint to 5-gallon buckets foot print 28"W x 28"D x 45"H All interested firms who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, INCLUDING ALL THE FOLLOWING:

Company name. Address. Point of contact (name/title/telephone number/e-mail address). FSS / SEWP Contract number, if applicable. SAM Unique ID number. Tax ID number. Indication of which business category (SDVOSB, VOSB, Small Business or Other Than Small Business) for which the organization qualifies. A capability statement that addresses the organizations qualifications and ability to provide the requirement depicted above.

Documentation from manufacturer (i.e. correspondence from manufacturer) of your firm being an authorized distributor for the manufacturer.
