Pathway to Excellence ANCC

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 12) Great Lakes Acquisition Center anticipates entering a single source procurement with American Nurses Credentialing Center s (ANCC) for the Pathway to Excellence Certification. This acquisition is conducted under FAR 13.106-1(b)(2). The Pathway to Excellence Certification is the first step in acquiring higher certification. This requirement is only available through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

There are no other organization capable of providing this type of certification. Other VA Medical Centers have acquired the Pathway to Excellence Certification through American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Other entities can provide the above referenced certification may identify your capabilities and respond by no later than Monday, January 8, 2024 8:00 AM, Central Time, this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all interested entities submitting a response to this notice must do so no later than the period specified for consideration.

A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received because of the notice of intent will normally be considered for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available.
