Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 4 of 4 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 4 Description of purpose work nature and volume: The chosen contractor shall provide complete construction services including labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to complete the Replace FTD Fuel Dispenser project for the Cincinnati VAMC.
This project requires a fuel pump replacement at the Fort Thomas Kentucky location (1000 S Ft Thomas Ave, Fort Thomas, KY 41075. The chosen contractor shall provide complete construction services including labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to complete the Replace FTD Fuel Dispenser project for the Cincinnati VAMC.
This project requires a fuel pump replacement at the Fort Thomas Kentucky location (1000 S Ft Thomas Ave, Fort Thomas, KY 41075 The above construction Statement Of Work (SOW) constitutes a basic outline of work and in no way outlines all of the details for the construction of this project. It is recommended that a detailed inspection of the premises, drawings and specification be initiated to determine the needs and conditions for the construction of this project.
Period of Performance: All phases of work, including project closeout documentation, to be completed & provided within 90 calendar days after issuance of the Notice To Proceed (NTP).
The magnitude of construction project is estimated between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000; Location of the work: All work to be performed, according to the drawings and specifications at the: Cincinnati VA Medical Center 3200 Vine Street Cincinnati, Ohio 45220-2637 Tentative dates for issuing invitations, opening bids, and completing contract performance; The Invitation for Bids (IFB) should be posted on/about 05-14-2026 and the Bid Opening should be within 30-45 days thereafter.
Plans will be available for inspection without charge: The specification and drawings will be available electronically with the IFB when released. Date by which requests for the invitation for bids should be submitted: There will be no physical copies provided.
Set-Aside: This solicitation is set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) concerns. Amount to be charged for solicitation documents: Not Applicable.
