Purpose and Objectives: VISN 10, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, is issuing a notice of intent to pursue a non-competitive procurement with Esaote North America Inc., Large Business, for urgent 3Mensio Subscription Renewal at the Indianapolis VA Medical Center. Esaote North America Inc. has met the suitability criteria, as determined in accordance 41 USC 1901, is implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), and the anticipated contract action is hereby publicized in accordance with FAR 5.101 and 5.203. The purpose of this notification is to communicate the Governments intent to solicit and award a non-competitive procurement for urgent 3Mensio Subscription Renewal for the VAMC. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL OR COST PROPOSALS OR QUOTES. The VAMC requires a base year and no option years.
