This serves as notice that the United States Government has executed a 9-years, 11-months Succeeding Lease for 9,688 rental square feet of space yeilding 9,430 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet for Department of Veterans Affairs, Marietta VA Clinic located at 27849 State Route 7, Marietta, OH 45750.  The leased premises includes 100 reserved parking spaces as part of rent consideration.  The Succeeding lease has been awarded to Promanco Inc in Marietta, OH.  The Succeeding lease term commences March 1, 2026 through January 31, 2036 at the annual average rent of $464,367.76.
