Repair Parking Garage Tendon, Project No. 757-24-204 This repair will correct the damaged parking garage tendons and will help restore the garage to its pre-damaged condition, therefore, slowing degradation of the structure at the Chalmer Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center.

Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary to Repair Parking Garage Tendon at the Chalmer Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center (VAACC), 420 N. James Rd., Columbus, OH 43219. The project magnitude for the project is below $1,000,000. The NAICS code for this project is 236220. The business size standard is $45 million. The Contractor Certification for VAAR 852.219-75 is required to be completed and submitted with the bid.

Failure to provide completed Contractor Certification shall deem the Bid Non-Responsive and the Bid will not be considered. All work shall be coordinated with the Veteran Affairs (VA)Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). All Bidder's/Offeror's shall insert bid(s) in the appropriate block(s) on the attached sheet titled "SF 1442 Block 17 Continuation on page 4." Bid(s) will be evaluated on price.

An organized site visit will be conducted, and place of performance is at Chalmer Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center (VAACC), 420 N. James Rd., Engineering Building, Columbus, OH on December 1, 2025, at 9am EST. Cut-off date and time to submit Requests for Information (RFI) is 12-08-2025 at 3:30 PM EST. RFIs shall be emailed to Stanley Burdine at stanley.burdine@va.gov. This project is a 100% set-aside for a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

All bidders must be verified in VetCert and registered in SAM at the time of the offer due date and the time of award to be eligible for award. For eligibility under the NAICS, see VAAR 852.219.10paragraph for performance requirements.

Public Law 105-339, Section 1534 provides "no agency may obligate or expend funds appropriated for the agency for a fiscal year to enter a contract described in Section 4212(a) of Title 38 with a contractor from which a report was required under Section 4212(d) of that title with respect to the preceding fiscal year, if such contractor did not submit such report."
