36C25025Q0974 SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE 3D Printers Dental Cleveland VAMC The VANEOHS is requesting Digital Dentistry equipment from Imagine Milling Technologies, LLC. for the continued expansion of 3D printing in the healthcare space. These machines, along with the dental specific post processing equipment will be the foundation of establishing and sustaining a Digital Dentistry program for VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System.

This 3D Digital Dentistry program will provide patients with patient matched Digital Dentistry products to include 3D printed monolithic Dentures, Dental Implant Surgical Guides and Occlusal Guards. The VANEOHS is expanding its additive manufacturing capabilities to include patient specific Digital Dentistry products to include:

Dentures Dental Implant Surgical Guides Occlusal Guards The requested 3D Printers, dental equipment and post processing machines are essential to implementing and sustaining a Digital Dentistry 3D Printing program for the VANEOHS which will provide design & manufacturing services of patient specific 3D printed dental products. Imagine Milling Technologies, LLC is the exclusive provider of the NextDent Darksite License.

Developed in collaboration with the government, this license is proprietary to Imagine Milling Technologies. As the sole authorized entity, Imagine is uniqulely qualified to implement, manage, and maintain this license. Imagine Milling Technologies, LLC is currently finalizing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Interconnection Security Agreement (ISA) with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

This agreement will enable secure and compliant communication between the software and equipment, while also facilitating regular system updates. Imagine Milling Technologies, LLC has the capability to deliver a complete end-to-end workflow solution, integrating a wide range of leading brands and vendors within the dental industry. The Government believes that only this business can satisfy the agency requirements and intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1b.

Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by 24SEP25 at 1700 HRS EST. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
