VISN 10 Description: The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, intends to award a firm fixed price Purchase Order under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to ScriptPro USA Inc, located in Mission, Kansas 66202-2740 on a sole source basis to upgrade the operating system on the ScriptPro SP Central Pharmacy Management System for five sites in VISN 10. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement not later than August 27, 2025, at 9:00 AM EST, to Robert.Blasko@va.gov.

The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required services. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
