This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C250-25-Q-0769. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 effective 03JAN25 and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR).

The Cincinnati, OH Contracting Office is seeking to purchase supplies for BD Pyxis Carousel at the Veterans Affairs CBOC in Kent, OH. The Statement of Work (SOW) is enclosed. This is a new procurement.

It does not replace an existing contract. No prior contract information exists.
