These are the only items that are compatible with the Hans Rudolph SmartLab instrument that is currently in use at the VA. These sensors are crucial for accurate gas flow measurement in clinical and research settings. They enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the respiratory data collection process. A firm-fixed priced contract is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is the government s belief that the only proposed candidate possesses the capabilities required to meet this requirement successfully.
The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only this source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It's not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
