These are the only items that are compatible with the Hans Rudolph SmartLab instrument that is currently in use at the VA. A firm-fixed priced contract is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is the government s belief that the only proposed candidate possesses the capabilities required to meet this requirement successfully.
