Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 10, Cincinnati OH 45219, intends to negotiate a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price Contract for E3 Audiology Calibration to E3 Diagnostics, Inc. 3420 Cavalier Trail, Unit C-1, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44224 in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.2.

This acquisition is for the Louis Stokes Cleveland VAMC, 10701 East Blvd, Cleveland OH 44106. The Government intends to award the contract to E3 Diagnostics, Inc. 3420 Cavalier Trail, Unit C-1, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44224. SAM UEI: C71LRUM2J2Y8. This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), requiring publication of the proposed contract action. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) Contractors may submit a capabilities statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

The government shall not pay for any costs incurred by responses to this notice. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available.

Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses to this notice are due on or before Friday, February 14th at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time to Chad Kemper, Contracting Officer, via email at Chad.Kemper@va.gov.
