This announcement is based on the best information available at this time and is subject to future modification. Purpose and Objectives The Lieutenant Colonel Charles S. Kettles VA Medical Center located at 2215 Fuller Road Ann Arbor, MI 48105 requires a contractor to provide Lab Courier services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government intends to award a base year, and four one-year option periods to be exercised at the Government s discretion.

This Sources Sought Notice is being issued by the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 located in Kettering, OH as part of market research for planning purposes. A draft copy of the PWS with estimated pickups and drop offs for each location are attached and is the only information available at this time.
