Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 10 Contracting Activity intends to negotiate a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 13.06-1, Only One Responsible Source for the following items listed below for the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center at Address 1500 Weiss St, Saginaw, MI 48602. The associated NAICS code for this is 339112. The vendor will be IndeeLift Inc. | 5143 Tesla Road | Livermore CA 94550. Description of requirements: This requirement is to obtain Indeelifts. FLOOR TO STAND LIFT (600lbs)

LOCAL STOCK NUMBER: FTS-600 These mobile lifts will be used outside the building for falls that occur in accordance with Directive 1611. A firm fixed price PO with no options is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.

It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. OEM has confirmed distributors will not be allowed.
