Medical Reference Laboratory Services - Ann Arbor/Toledo

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 intends to negotiate, on a limited source basis, under authority of FAR 8.405-6, with ARUP Laboratories, Inc. of Salt Lake City, UT for medical reference laboratory services. This is a short-term contract to prevent a lapse in services while a new long-term contract is solicited, awarded, and the period of performance begins.

A protest to the Court of Federal Claims prevented award of the latest solicitation for this requirement. The protest decision has now been made and a new solicitation will be posted in the future. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. All responses to this notice of intent must be submitted via email to maryjane.crim@va.gov.

Each response shall include the following Business Information: a. Contractor Name, Address, b. Point of Contact Name, Phone Number, and Email address c. Contractor SAM UEI d. Contractor Business Classification (i.e., small business, 8(a), woman owned, hubZone, veteran owned, etc.) as validated in System for Award Management (SAM).
