ATP2 Pouch Packaging Service Contract Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center

SPECIAL NOTICE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, 1500 Weiss St., Saginaw, Michigan, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for ATP2 Pouch Package Maintenance Services. NAICS Code 811210, size standard $34 Million.

The Government intends, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to negotiate on a sole source basis with The Chudy Group, LLC dba TCGRX (N 16171 Powers Lake Road, Power Lake, WI 53519), for this procurement due to the proprietary nature of the hardware, software, and firmware of this system.

The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, equipment, materials, supervision, necessary to service the ATP2 Pouch Package Maintenance Services located at the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, 1500 Weiss St., Saginaw, Michigan, for the period of December 16, 2024 December 15, 2029, in strict accordance with the statement of work, all schedules, and terms and conditions of the resultant contract. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
