Emergency Water Main Repair Bldg 52

Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to replace approximately 60 Ln. Ft. of 6” existing water main to building 52. This work will include; locating utilities, excavating and removing existing water main, installing new 6” CV-900 water main pipe and two (2) 6” gate valves with valve box assembly, one (1) 2” valve with valve box assembly, repairing asphalt, landscaping, grading, and seeding. All work to be completed at the VA- Northern Indiana Health Care – Marion Campus, 1700 E. 38th. Street, Marion, IN 46953. Work to be completed within 30 calendar days from notice to proceed. Sole Source Justification is attached.
