Following the market survey reviews, the entire scope of the Kalamazoo project was reevaluated by our Integrated Project Team (IPT), and it was determined that prior to any further expansion into the Kalamazoo area the following items will need to be addressed by the Battle Creek VA Healthcare System. § Consideration as to the size and location of the delineated area will need to be redetermined prior to any future expansion into Kalamazoo County. § Size and layout of the Kalamazoo VA Clinic will need to be revaluated and should be based on the number of Veterans expected to be serviced within Kalamazoo County. The requirement will be readvertised with the revised scope and any other changes.
