Environmental Compliance and Healthcare Sustainability A&A Services Support for IHCS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C25024Q1053 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05. This solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Interests.

Prospective offerors are required to be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database when submitting an offer or quotation and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract, resulting from this solicitation. Offers will only be accepted from responsible contractors. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, anticipates one firm fixed price contract award to provide Environmental Compliance and Healthcare Sustainability A&A Services Support for the Richard L. Roudebush VAMC for GEMS Service. The Period of Performance start date is 09/23/2024 through 09/22/2025.
