Description of Equipment or Supplies: The estimated cost is $11,654.14. 11037046 - Steris Clean Flow Pro Kits (Part No. 11037046) Quantity of 2 Each Plumbing Supplies - Quantity of 1 Unit Shipping Charge Quantity of 1 Each Labor Charge Quantity of 6 Hours The RLR VAMC is seeking specific brand name filter replacements for its AMSCO 400 Sterilizers. The requested supplies must be compatible with existing equipment and maintenance requirements for that equipment.

It is consistent with VA policies and standards, including but not limited to; VA Handbook 6500, and VA Directives 6550. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers.

No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
