The purpose is to identify contractor that can perform services for cathodic protection repairs to the Underground Storage Tanks (UST) located at LTC Charles S Kettles VA Medical Center, 2215 Fuller RD, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. See draft Statement of Work. NAICS Code 213112; Size Standard $47 Million. If this is a service your business can provide, respond to this Sources Sought by Thursday, April 11, 4:00 P.M. (EST). Responses should include:

(1) Business Name and Address.

(2) Point of Contact Name, Phone Number, and E-mail Address.

(3) DUNS and NAICS code.

(4) Business Size: SMALL or LARGE.
