This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. This solicitation is set-aside for Veteran-Owned Small Business.

The NCO 10 for Cleveland VA Medical Center is seeking to purchase the Dual Temp Refrigerators for the Dietary Service. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following request.

STATEMENT OF WORK Nutrition and Food Services provides single width, reach-in dual refrigerator/freezer units to 6 dining rooms in the CARES Tower with long-term care patients. Patients have 24-hour access to snacks and beverages on these units. We require one refrigerator/freezer unit as an additional piece of equipment. Because the VA is their home , the Veteran residents frequently order take-out food or have family bring their favorite foods.

This refrigerator / freezer will be specifically used as a back-up by the patients to store their own food items. The current equipment is approximately 10 years old, and we often have a unit fail and require repair. During down time, we do not have adequate equipment to place a substitute refrigerator on the floor for the patients use. Having a spare refrigerator will allow us to provide consistent service to the Veterans in the event of equipment failure.

GENERAL SCOPE Three Reach-In Dual Temperature Refrigerator / Freezer unit - Wade Park Nutrition and Food Services main kitchen; 1-W-1C-434. 2.0 PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS 2.1 Task 1 - Enterprise Management Controls.

Task 1 Deliver 3 Dual Temperature Reach-In Cabinet Refrigerator / Freezers with following specifications: Traulsen Model No. ADT132WUT-HHS Spec-Line Refrigerator/Freezer Dual Temp Cabinet, Reach-in, one-section, self-contained refrigeration, stainless steel exterior, aluminum interior, standard depth, wide half-height door or doors with Santoprene EZ-Clean Gaskets, INTELA-TRAUL micropro 2.1.1 Subtask 1 - Integration Management Control Planning.

Provide the technical and functional activities at the required level for integration of all tasks specified within this SOW. Include productivity and management methods such as quality assurance, progress/status reporting and program reviews. Provide the centralized administrative, clerical, documentation and related functions. Not applicable 2.1.2 Subtask 2 - Contract Management.

Prepare a Contract Management Plan describing the technical approach, organizational resources and management controls to be employed to meet the cost, performance and schedule requirements throughout Contract execution.
