Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 10, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, intends to solicit offers for a wheelchair van and car for hire (taxi) transportation services for the John D Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R ST, Detroit, MI 48602, and its Community Based Outpatient Clinics. NAICS Code 485991, size standard $19 million. The Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

This service is for eligible beneficiaries and their attendants, escorts, and caregivers of the Detroit VA Health Care System, and VA clinics on a twenty-four hour per day, seven days per week, 365 days per year. All transportation shall be provided in a safe manner. Contractors that can provide this requirement and meets the requirements below are requested to send: 1. Company Name 2. Unique Entity ID number 3. Business size under NAICS 485991 4. Notification if they are a VETCERT registered VOSB/SDVOSB or not.
