Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Healthcare System, Network 10 Contracting Office intends to negotiate a sole source contract for IVX workflow maintenance and annual cloud license under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source for the following services listed below.

The associated NAICS code for this is 339112. The vendor will be Omnicell, Inc, 500 Cranberry Woods DR., Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania 16066. Description of purchase: Contract to provide maintenance IVX Workflow and provide annual license for cloud service. A firm fixed price contract with two (2) option years is anticipated and will be awarded. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. Contractor is the OEM.

It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for quotes. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received NLT 2:00 PM EST on 09/25/2024. No telephonic inquiries shall be accepted. All responses must be e-mailed to the contracting officer.
