Ft. Wayne VAMC, Marion VAMC, and Jackie Walorski CBOC Medical Reference Laboratory Services Intent to Sole Source

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 intends to negotiate, on a limited source basis, under authority of FAR 8.405-6, with ARUP Laboratories, Inc. of Salt Lake City, UT for medical reference laboratory services. This is a short-term contract to prevent a lapse in services while a new long-term contract is awarded and until the period of performance begins. The locations covered under this award are the Ft.

Wayne VAMC located at 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805, Marion VAMC located at 1700 East 38th Street, Marion, IN 46953, and the Jackie Walorski CBOC located at 1540 Trinity Place, Mishawaka, IN 46545. The solicitation for the long-term solicitation is in process and the intent is to post to Contract Opportunities by 6/30/2024. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. All responses to this notice of intent must be submitted via email to maryjane.crim@va.gov.
